Gary Tratt, MD
Dr. Tratt is a gradute of Boston College and Tufts University School of Medicine. His postgraduate traing was Internal Medicine at Buffalo General Hospital, Boston University Medical center and Tufts N.E. Medical Center. He served in the USAF as Chief of Medicine at Plattsburgh AF Hospital. He has been in private practice and has served on the medical staff of the Cape Cod Hospital since 1972. In 1998, the American College of Physicians elected him to fellowship. In 2014, the Mass. Medical society awarded him “Special award for excellence in Medical Service.” He joined the CCPC staff in 2018.
Theresa Rachek, APRN-BC
BA in English university of Connecticut. RN since 1993. Background interest in critical care nursing and cardiology. Received MS in nursing from University of CT in 2005. Board certified through ANCC as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has worked with us since 2007.
